Work Hours will be 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight India Time
This position offers 10% shift differential in addition to annual CTC.
Vitesse is seeking for an experienced, self motivated software business applications, and technical support team player to join our IT staff in Hyderabad, India. Accountable for support activities for business applications hosted at the corporate headquarters located in the U.S. (Camarillo, CA). Position will report to local IT management in Hyderabad but will require travel to the U.S. during initial employment. Core working hours will need to be aligned with working hours in California Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8:00).
Requires 5 years of experience in IT, in Software industry, with business application development and support experience using client/server, web & database technologies. Technical skills must include experience in RosettaNet, GridTalk or an equivalent EDI tool, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft C#, and Oracle DB SQL statement experience. Must possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills in order to interact remotely with employees located in the U.S. Be able to work in a challenging and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, accountability and professional development. Experience working in a manufacturing and/or semiconductor company preferred. ETL tool such as Pentaho PDI, MS Access database, Visual Basic, ASP.Net, C++, or Crystal Reports is desirable.
Requires a BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Certification on any of the mentioned required skills is a plus.
Travel to corporate office in US will be required for training & project requirements. Personal background must be able to qualify for U.S. Business Visa.
