Director of Finance (COGS & Inventory Management)

Description
Assumes leadership of the cost/inventory management cross functional team to ensure that both operational and financial data are accurate for review and approval by senior executives. Partners with CFO on refinancing strategy for senior debt, convertible debt, and major financial projects. Manages a team of cost/inventory analyst and financial systems analyst professionals. Responsible for material weaknesses and significant deficiencies within the assigned functions. Position offers Board level visibility and the opportunity to influence decisions/components related to the companywide ERP implementation process.
Requires 20+ years experience as a financial business partner with senior company executives in small to mid-cap multinational, publicly-traded companies, optimally within the semiconductor industry. Be able to work in a challenging and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, accountability and professional development. Must possess exceptional interpersonal, supervisory, analytical and communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP. Hyperion Essbase a plus.
Requires bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. MBA or CPA Certification preferred.
